Kim Sauer is a recent graduate of Creighton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Healthy Lifestyle Management and a graduate certificate in Lifestyle Medicine. She has six years of experience as a transformative health and wellness coach using behavior change modification theories. For the past year, she has assisted with program development for the food pharmacy through Creighton University at Highlander, and while a part of that program she has gained additional experience as an intern in community health. Kim’s education and experience in the field allow her to bring a fresh discourse to the discipline of health and well-being.
Kim’s passion for helping people live their best lives came as a result of her own personal transformation. Realizing that true health encompasses many factors and a holistic approach to change is the most sustainable has motivated her to pursue opportunities to share her calling with anyone who might benefit. When she is not teaching and coaching, Kim is a fitness instructor with Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping. She and her husband of 19 years live in Omaha with their four children where they enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with family.
